Tamba black beans are known nationwide as large, high-quality beans originating from Tanba Sasayama in Hyogo Prefecture.
At 76 Farm, we cultivate Tamba variety black beans in the mountainous region of Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, at an altitude of 500m.
We carefully grow them over time, from soil preparation to harvest, without using pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers, while respecting the rich natural environment.
Black edamame is eaten when the black beans, used in Osechi-ryori (New Year's traditional cuisine), are still young.
Their size, umami, sweetness, and rich flavor are exceptionally delicious.
Please enjoy freshly harvested black edamame and large black beans that you've grown yourself!
