Description

Kitaakari Potatoes
We've gathered potatoes that fit within the size limits for Yu-Packet shipping. These are small, meant to be eaten with the skin on.
Harvested this morning and dried.
Since they are freshly harvested, the skin will peel off if washed.
You can deep-fry them with the skin on or add them to stews.

I deep-fried them with the skin on today and they were surprisingly delicious. Please give them a try!
