These are seeds for the cute swirled beet (Chioggia).
Recommended for salads when thinly sliced. Harvestable in 60-70 days from sowing.
Sowing period: March-June, September-October
Germination soil temperature: Around 20℃
Germination days: Approximately 10 days
Sowing method
Soaking seeds overnight from the day before will help them germinate.
Sow seeds about 2cm deep, cover with soil, and lightly press with your hand. Water as needed to keep the soil from drying out until germination.
Once they grow to about 5cm, thin them out so that the spacing between plants is at least 10cm.
