This delicious burdock has tender flesh with a hollow center. It looks rugged but has an exceptional flavor!

In our natural farming fields, fallen seeds sprout on their own every year and grow into magnificent burdock without fertilizer or special care.

While harvesting might seem difficult,
this burdock variety is thick and relatively short, making it recommended even for those who aren't confident in their physical strength!
