These soybeans are a crossbreed with Tanba Kuro Daizu (black soybeans from the Tanba region) and are a very rare, large-grained variety that rarely appears on the market.

We highly recommend eating them as edamame for the best flavor.

While we have performed moderate sorting, there may be some beans with discoloration or damaged pods mixed in.
