Ketsumeishi (Senna tora) Seeds 10g (approx. 350 seeds) Heirloom, Natural Farming, Homegrown

10g (approx. 350 seeds) of naturally grown Cassia seeds (Ebisu grass). (_ _*))

[Sowing Period]
May-June

These are Cassia seeds (Ketsumeishi), the raw material for Habucha (a type of roasted tea).

Once they sprout, they grow vigorously regardless of weeds!

The main stem will eventually become woody and grow to about 1m wide, so it's best to plant them with plenty of space.

Harvest when the entire pod turns brown.

Boiling the seeds fresh enhances their benefits.
Roasting them allows you to enjoy their unique flavor.
Roasting them more intensely results in a taste similar to coffee with less bitterness, making them very easy to drink. This is highly recommended for those who want to enjoy coffee but are concerned about caffeine ( ˊ?ˋ )

We also carry many other varieties of heirloom and native seeds.
Discounts are available for bulk purchases.
