? Water Spinach
A vining vegetable native to southern China and Southeast Asia. It was named water spinach because the inside of its stems is hollow like a straw. Its peak season is from late June to around October, making it a valuable leafy green for summer.
Water spinach is very similar to sweet potato leaves and stems. Its leaves are slimy, and its stems are characterized by their crisp texture. It has a mild flavor and is used in various dishes such as stir-fries and blanched side dishes. It is rich in nutrients such as vitamin C, iron, and potassium, and is expected to help combat summer fatigue and aid in recovery.

The best time to sow crown daisy seeds is from March to early April in spring, and from September to early October in autumn.
The目安 is when 30-50 days have passed since sowing and the plants have reached a height of about 20-25 cm.
For varieties harvested whole, pull them up from the base or cut them with scissors.
