Green Shiso (Perilla) - 2.5ml (1000+ seeds)
Aromatic herb ideal for supplementing vitamins, calcium, and iron.
Features minimal leaf curling, large rounded leaves with shallow cuts.
Highly fragrant, perfect as a garnish for sashimi and tempura. Can also be used for shiso sprouts and seeds.
Vigorously growing, heat-tolerant, and adaptable to various soil types.
For open-field cultivation, sow in spring. Transplant when seedlings have 4-5 true leaves, spacing rows 60cm apart and plants 20cm apart.
For cultivation in greenhouses or during short-day periods, use artificial lighting and maintain a minimum temperature of 11°C.
Apply ample organic fertilizer as base dressing and supplement with liquid fertilizer several times.
Harvest by picking lower leaves once the plant has 10 or more leaves.
