TGF481F36V (Panasonic) Semi-automatic Welding Machine Wire Feed Motor

This is a motor removed from a wire feeder (YW-35DG2) for a new, unused Panasonic semi-automatic welding machine.

I removed the motor and other small parts from the wire feeder and built a custom device, so I am listing the surplus motor.

It is believed that this motor can be used as a replacement part for the wire feeder (YW-35DG2) mentioned above.
However, as operation cannot be guaranteed, this is a no-claim, no-return sale.

The item for sale is the motor only. Mounting bolts are not included.
(Output shaft key is included)

I have multiple units of the same motor, so I can offer a special price for multiple purchases.
For a single unit, I am not considering discounts at this time.

Below, I will describe what I personally did with a motor of the same model, which is different from the one being sold.
While I cannot guarantee the results, I hope it will be helpful as a reference for your own use.

I confirmed rotation using a DC24V power supply.
I confirmed that the rotation speed can be adjusted with an inexpensive PWM controller.
I confirmed that an encoder is built-in and outputs rotation pulses.
The performance of the encoder is unknown, but based on the number of slits in the disassembled encoder (see photo), fine control seems possible.
