Apricots harvested from my home garden, grown without pesticides or herbicides.
As they are organically grown, there may be occasional insect damage, but I have selected the best ones possible.
Apricots spoil quickly when fully ripe, so we recommend purchases from areas that can receive delivery the next day from Fukuoka. For other regions, please be aware that they may ripen further during transit, or damage may occur from existing blemishes.
The items pictured will be shipped in a Takkyubin Compact box.
Includes 29 apricots of various sizes.

Enjoy the sweet and tart apricots, unique to this season, by making jam after removing any damaged parts, or compote if they haven't fully ripened yet!
For compote, it might be easier to purchase ones that still have a slight green tint and ripen them at home to your preference.

They are not soft to the touch yet, but they are colored, so delivery within one day from Fukuoka is preferred. Shipping from Fukuoka.

Apricots spoil quickly when fully ripe, so please understand that they may ripen further during transit or sustain damage.
For firm, unripe fruit, ripen at room temperature.
Store in a cool place, wrapped in newspaper or placed in a plastic bag. Depending on the fruit's condition and storage environment, changes may occur within 2-3 days. The color will deepen to orange, and the aroma will become stronger as they sweeten.
Oriental apricots tend to be more tart.
We recommend making jam or syrup preserves.
