This is a unique two-tone zucchini with a bright yellow on the shoulder side and a light green on the blossom end.
It has a mild flavor and is sweeter and more delicious than regular zucchini. It can be used in various dishes.
Recommended for thinly sliced and pan-fried with butter, tempura, in soups, or pickled.
The flavor deteriorates if grown too large, so it's best to harvest when they are about 10-15 cm long.
