??Reason for being discounted: These are over 400 seeds of a non-GMO, heirloom variety of round okra, grown using natural farming methods without pesticides, fertilizers, or irrigation. The discount is because the seeds were harvested in 2023.

??The lifespan of natural farming okra seeds is said to be 5 years. While the germination rate may be slightly reduced, I sowed these seeds in May 2025 and did not notice any significant decrease in germination rate.

??We cannot guarantee the germination rate for next year's sowing. Please purchase with this understanding.

*This packet contains a mix of four heirloom varieties of round okra: Shima Okra, Hachijo Okra, White Okra, and White Okra Yang Guifei. Okra does not cross-pollinate, so even if you save your own seeds, these four heirloom varieties will continue.

There are three benefits to round okra:

① You can still eat them even if you forget to harvest and they grow quite large.
While five-angled okra is harvested around 8cm, round okra can be harvested up to about 16cm.

② They are very vigorous growers and not picky about soil. If you help them by weeding around them when they are seedlings to prevent them from being outcompeted by grass, they will grow with almost no intervention.

③ Since they do not cross-pollinate, anyone can easily save their own seeds.

The seeds have had their fertilizer and pesticide components removed, so the resulting okra will be gentle on the body, wilting rather than rotting at room temperature.

Because these seeds were grown without irrigation, fertilizer, or pesticides, just like in the wild, they cooperate with microorganisms and grow their roots long to draw in moisture and nutrients, becoming self-reliant seeds.

When round okra is grown without fertilizer, its sliminess becomes very strong. You will be amazed if you make okra water.
