Soaked for 1 to 2 months, then
pressure washed and scrubbed with a brush.
Boiled for 1 hour with baking soda for sterilization.
Submerged with a heater for at least 5 hours.
Driftwood that doesn't submerge will require even more time.
There are cases where I cannot proceed further.
I thoroughly pre-treat the wood.
Tannin removal confirmed.
Please submerge the driftwood yourself.
Although the tannins have been removed, some driftwood may still release a small amount. If you are concerned, please use a commercial product like Black Hole.
There are cracks and chips in the driftwood.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these imperfections.
