Sowing: April-June (Annual)
Height: 30-60 cm
Flowering period: August-October
Sow in pots or directly in the field. Around September, when flowers and young pods are visible, harvest the entire plant, rinse lightly, and dry in the shade.
Chop into about 1 cm pieces, roast in a frying pan or similar, and brew like regular tea in a teapot.
It makes a mellow tea that is caffeine-free, fragrant, and not bitter.
It is also delicious when chilled.
It is said to be effective for diuresis, regulating the intestines, and eye diseases.
