Herb Seeds: 50 Cinnamon Basil seeds, 50 Lemon Basil seeds

〇 Lemon Basil (50 seeds)
A basil with a refreshing citrus-like aroma, reminiscent of lemon.

It helps to eliminate the odor of meat and fish dishes, and is said to pair particularly well with chicken dishes.

My go-to summer recipe is a tomato and lemon basil salad.
Tear the lemon basil just before eating and mix it with tomatoes for an exceptionally delicious dish.

?Arrange in various dishes by making basil sauce or dried basil
?Grilled, sautéed, or fried chicken
?Lemon basil ice cream

〇 Cinnamon Basil (50 seeds)
While sweet basil is common in Japan, this basil has a sweet and soft aroma similar to cinnamon.

A popular herb-growing blogger once said, Out of all the basils, cinnamon basil is my favorite! I wish it were more widely known! (^)

Like sweet basil, it can be used as an accent in salads and pasta, and is also recommended for baking, as its sweet aroma spreads when mixed into sweets.

? Cinnamon Basil Oil Recipe ?

Fill a small jar tightly with finely chopped basil, then pour in enough oil to cover it.
Add a pinch of salt and store in the refrigerator. (Can be stored for 2-3 weeks, can also be frozen.)

Infuse it in oil while fresh. It becomes a versatile sauce, and you can use its cinnamon aroma in sweets or to eliminate the odor of meat and fish.
