Great for summer green curtains, herbal tea,
and as a natural food coloring for sweets. ??

*Butterfly pea seeds germinate best when sown around May when the temperature is stable. They are sensitive to cold, so avoid sowing too early as the sprouts can be damaged. Soaking the seeds in water overnight before sowing can promote germination. Occasionally, some seeds may appear dormant but will germinate later.
