Vining, Morning Glory Family, Ipomoea Genus
Blooming Period: Mid-July to Mid-October
These are lovely flowers, slightly smaller than morning glories, that bloom in abundance.
The seeds are easy to collect, so why not grow many and use them for screens or trellises? They prefer sunny locations.
As the vines grow, pinch the tips to encourage the growth of side shoots, which will increase the number of vines and create a fuller appearance.
