This is a used Honda Senior Car Monpal ML100.
No license is required, and it can be driven on public roads as a pedestrian.
Both batteries have been replaced with new lithium iron phosphate batteries (Power Queen 12V 50Ah Pro) less than a year ago. They are fully charged and in good condition after being topped up after each use.
When the power switch is turned on, the battery level indicator shows Photo 11.
When the drive lever is pushed down, the battery level indicator changes to Photo 12, but the vehicle does not move.
Basic functions such as horn, turn signals, headlights, brakes, and armrests are operational.
The item will be sold as-is. The photos show everything included.
