- The Monpal can be operated without a driver's license. (p. 11)
- The Monpal ML200 is an electric wheelchair that has obtained type approval from the National Public Safety Commission,
and is treated the same as a pedestrian.
Therefore, a driver's license is not required.
Please drive on sidewalks and pedestrian paths, and cross at crosswalks.
On roads without sidewalks, please exercise extreme caution with automobiles and other traffic, and travel on the right side of the road.
