Baron Potatoes
We will fill the Yu-Packet Plus box as much as possible. To fit more, we select slightly smaller potatoes. We also include smaller ones to fill the gaps.
Harvested on the morning of May 18th and dried.
Since they are freshly harvested, the skin will peel off if washed.
Today, I deep-fried them with the skin on and they were surprisingly delicious! Please give it a try.
