Shipping Method: Delivered in a full compact box via refrigerated Takkyubin (standard shipping). Directly from the producer.
Cultivation Method: We are committed to natural farming methods, using mineral-rich oyster shell lime, rice husks, and Kuntan (charred rice husks) made by burning rice husks, as well as fallen leaves in our fields.
We also exclusively use cottonseed meal as fertilizer. No cow dung is used. Please enjoy them with confidence as raw onion slices in salads.
The onions are grown in fields where weeds are removed by hand, and no chemical agents such as herbicides or fungicides have been used for over 10 years. For this reason, the price may be slightly higher than that of other producers.
Although we inspect them visually, as they are grown outdoors without the use of chemical agents, there is a possibility of minor blemishes. We appreciate your understanding.
