This was used only twice in mid-September 2025 while I had a cast on due to a fracture.
Initially, I tried to protect it with garbage bags, but my mother bought this and sent it to me.
(It is sold for around 2,300 yen on Amazon.)
It did not get wet at all even when water splashed on it in the shower.
It is much more convenient than using garbage bags, etc.
I switched to a splint soon after, so it was only used twice.
Upon close inspection, there are some faint stain-like marks.

These do not affect its use.
I could not find any other scratches or damage.
