This is a size M chest (rib) supporter.
It is often used for pain from coughing, impacts, sprains, etc.
I also obtained this to cover the pain when I suspected a rib fracture. The pain subsided surprisingly quickly, so I stopped using it after about a week.
There are some inconspicuous stains, as shown in the 4th photo.
