This is a set for both outdoor and indoor use.
Can be worn on either the left or right foot.

Used for about one week. There is a scratch on the sponge part of the sole from stepping on a stone.

I looked in several home improvement stores but couldn't find it anywhere, so I purchased it online.
It's very helpful when you're in a bind due to a sudden injury!
