Freshly dug shallots, harvested on the 25th! Naturally cultivated, shipped from Kumamoto Prefecture! Full Neokos package.

Freshly dug! May 25th. This is the first harvest of the year. Sizes vary from S to M.

While the size could be a bit bigger, I personally like these smaller ones because they're easy to eat.

The roots and tops will be trimmed. (See second image)

They will be shipped in a Nekoposu-sized box, so the total weight including the box will be around 800g.

Nekoposu deliveries are made to your mailbox. Please be aware that direct sunlight can damage the produce.

Shipping will be via Rakuraku Mercari便 from Kumamoto Prefecture. For customers in Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, delivery may take 1-10 days (due to land transport), making it difficult to guarantee optimal condition upon arrival, especially this time of year.

Upon arrival, please open the package immediately to allow moisture to escape. Wash them thoroughly, trim the tops and roots, and peel the thin outer skin. It's a bit of work, but please enjoy the process! (^^)
The scent of shallots filling the room.
Would you like to experience early summer or enjoy the process of preparing them?

I have been naturally cultivating shallots every year. You can also use them as seeds for planting. The variety is unknown. (^^)
