The brand is LIHIT, and the product name is Spare Tack. It seems the LIHIT brand has disappeared from the list and is now LIHIT LAB. Today, A-One appears to have similar products.
The product is 15 years old since purchase, but the adhesive performance does not seem to have deteriorated. The sample photo is of an opened package, which was used to confirm the adhesion.
