These are new potatoes from Awaji Island, famous for its onions!
We've grown excellent potatoes again this year, just like last year!
Variety: Kitaakari
Kitaakari potatoes are known for their fluffy texture.
Due to their yellow color and strong sweetness, they are sometimes called potato potatoes, and are well-suited for dishes like mashed potatoes, potato salad, and croquettes.
For bite-sized pieces, we also recommend deep-frying them for a simple snack.
The potatoes are a bit small, ranging from bite-sized to S size.
The box weighs approximately 5 kg including the contents.
We use a cardboard box designed for 5 kg of onions.
As these are grown without pesticides and harvested entirely by hand, there may be some minor blemishes.
We can accommodate large orders to the best of our ability.
