Fresh potatoes in various colors and sizes. A plastic bottle cap is included as a size reference. Mixed sizes. These are new potatoes and are pesticide-free, so you can eat them with the skin on after a light rinse and boiling.
Harvested potato varieties and their characteristics:
Shadow Queen
Contains about 3 times more anthocyanins (a type of polyphenol) than common purple potatoes, offering high antioxidant effects.
Inca no Mezame
High sugar content of 6-8 degrees (typical varieties are around 4-5 degrees), with a flavor reminiscent of nuts or chestnuts.
Kita Kamui
The flesh is pure white, and it cooks evenly without a hard core, resulting in a very smooth texture.
Ground Perchika
The flesh is deep yellow, with a strong potato flavor and exceptional sweetness.
No pesticides, bleaching agents, or sterilizing agents are used. Please be aware of the advantages and disadvantages of pesticide-free products when purchasing. We will ship in simple packaging, but please contact us in advance if you prefer reinforced packaging.
