These cassava roots have a pale yellow interior.
They are fluffy and sweet, a delicious variety of cassava.
As they are shipped by boat, and the temperature inside the container can be very high, we will ship them via refrigerated mail shortly after harvesting. This is because they do not keep well after arrival.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We cannot harvest during bad weather, so please understand. Due to our location on a southern island, high waves can cause ferry cancellations. We will notify you if this occurs. Shipping may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Tokunoshima has high temperatures, and the temperature rises further in March. Therefore, the cassava roots may become slightly harder, and some may have partial black discoloration. For this reason, we are selling them at a reduced price.
We are selling only to those who understand and agree.
Therefore, we are including an additional 10% more to compensate.
We ship after harvesting upon receiving an order. However, some roots may have quality issues that are not apparent from the exterior, such as being slightly hard or having black discoloration. We are selling only to those who understand this.
Thank you for your understanding.
