Used, working condition MAX high-pressure air nailer HN-65N2 with case, disassembled, cleaned, and serviced.

This is a working unit that has been fully disassembled, cleaned, and serviced.
The trigger valve, duster switch valve, etc., have also been disassembled, and any damaged O-rings have been replaced.
The air plug has also been disassembled and its O-rings replaced.

The magazine cover, grip rubber (for HN65FW1), and rear cap protector have been replaced with new ones.

I personally disassemble, clean, and service used items that I acquire.
I have experience disassembling and servicing over 30 units, so I have a certain level of knowledge.
After assembly, I have test-fired approximately 20 nails to confirm operation.
Some consumables have been replaced and the entire interior has been cleaned. Minor wear on packing and O-rings have been reused. (KURE Rubber Protectant used)
Replacement parts are genuine, except for the O-rings in the air plug.
*Since genuine O-rings are not available for the air plug, I use domestic ones of the correct size.

The internal bumper has also been replaced with a new one.
If this bumper is crushed, fragments can enter the air passages, causing various malfunctions.

?? If the operating pressure is too high, internal bumper damage and other issues can occur even with a new unit.
An acquaintance had the internal bumper of a new unit of the same model crushed after about 1 hour of use at 2.5MPa (approx. 25kgf/cm2).
The manufacturer also recommends use at 2.1MPa (approx. 21kgf/cm2) or less.

The unit has been assembled with air tool oil applied, so oil may spray out during initial use, but this will subside with continued use.
