Jujube Sapling Rooted (Bare Root, Cut Stem) Set of 3, Organically Grown

This is a jujube seedling with red fruit!

*Orders placed by 2 PM can be shipped the same day.

Height: Approximately 15cm - 30cm (bare-root)
Quantity: 3
Notes: These are 'hiko-bae' (suckers) that have grown from the side of the parent tree.
Some may have many roots, while others may have fewer.
The parent tree is a healthy, over 40-year-old large tree with no diseases.
Unlike cuttings or grafted seedlings, hiko-bae have very strong root systems and grow quickly.

We will dig up the roots and pack them just before same-day shipping. They will be placed in a bag with damp paper towels and no soil, then put into a box.
Depending on the size of the roots, we may bend or adjust them slightly to fit into a Nekoposu box.

*Please handle with care as the branches have thorns!

*The new shoots at the top are particularly soft and are likely to be damaged when bent, but new shoots will continue to grow even if cut back, so please understand.

*The photos are examples, and the shape and size may vary slightly.

*When planting, cutting off about half of the upper leaves will promote faster root growth. Plant them deep enough so that the green stem is just covered. (New roots will emerge from near the base of the new shoots growing from the brown roots of the parent plant.)

*No pesticides or fertilizers have ever been used.

We love gardening and are passionate about nurturing our plants, so we take great care in packing them to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Thank you for your understanding.
