PSB (Photosynthetic Bacteria) & Green Water (Seed Water) & Paramecium Culture Solution.

This listing is for 600ml of natural green water (seed water, blue water), approximately 600ml of paramecium, and 600ml of PSB (photosynthetic bacteria).

All of these are recommended as food for daphnia, medaka (Japanese killifish), and baby goldfish. We use them for medaka fry to adults in our home.

Paramecium serve as food for daphnia and medaka, and are good for increasing growth speed and reducing mortality rates. The content volume is about 600ml to allow for air space. We check with a loupe before shipping. We use PET bottles of 630ml or more.

600ml of green water (seed water, blue water) is naturally produced green water. It is blue water created by phytoplankton that has been exposed to ample sunlight. While large debris can be removed with a net when bottling, small debris may still be present. We use it diluted without concern in our home. It is safe and secure, unlike water artificially colored green with medicine or chlorella.

600ml of PSB is also cultured by an amateur. It is cultured with Ebi-osu (a type of dried yeast), so it will settle at the bottom. Please shake well before use. Once purchased, you can likely culture it in an infinite loop. It is quite smelly, so please handle with care. The smell is normal.

All three types can be cultured, so we encourage you to try it. You can find various methods and enjoy experimenting by searching online.
