We deliver plants grown on a mountainside (approx. 180m above sea level) as seedlings.
This is part of our Buraibana seedling series.

These are horseradish seedlings, also known as yama-wasabi in Hokkaido,
prized for their aroma and spiciness.

They are hardy, easy to grow, and resistant to cold.
They can be grown in the ground or in pots.

These are plants that have overwintered in 10.5cm pots.
These are plants that have survived the winter in Hokkaido's environment, at an altitude of approximately 180m.

The photos shown are of the actual plants you will receive.
As these are living plants, they grow daily, and their condition may change slightly by the time of delivery.

We will ship them as bare-root seedlings with their roots moisturized.
Horseradish is a hardy plant, so we plan to ship it as bare-root seedlings.
