Blue shiso is a great addition to your summer meals.
It's perfect for wrapping sashimi or meat, or for pickling in soy sauce to enjoy with rice or onigiri. It also makes a fantastic garnish for noodles and mixed rice dishes.
Even when your appetite is low due to summer heat, the aroma of shiso will make you want to eat! Shiso is a nutrient-rich, green and yellow vegetable.

If grown well, you can harvest until early October.
You can also grow it again next year by harvesting the seeds after flowering.

[About the seedlings we send]
Seedlings grown from fallen seeds have been transplanted into pots. We will send small seedlings with soil attached. (Pots are not included.)
Pot size: approximately 3cm per side, 4cm deep.
Since the soil is attached, we expect them to grow quickly after arrival.
The seedlings in the images are samples. Please understand that the growth condition of each seedling may vary.

Please plant the seedlings promptly after they arrive and ensure they are kept watered for a while.
