100% Natural Ingredients, gentle on the body, domestically produced (Tokyo) mugwort packs.

How to Make a Mugwort Bath:
★ Simmer in a pot
Place in a pot, add enough water to cover the mugwort, and simmer. For about 5-10 minutes over medium heat. It's ready when the aroma is released and the water is colored.
Add the simmered liquid to the bathwater
Add the simmered liquid and mugwort to the bathtub and mix well before bathing.
★ You can also put it directly into the bath. Use 1 or 2 packs as you prefer.
Since it contains only dried medicinal herbs, it will float in the bath due to the air it contains. Gently knead it with your hands to encourage extraction.
*Please be careful not to knead too hard, as the bag may tear.

Precautions for Mugwort Baths:
To prevent color and scent transfer, wash the bathtub immediately after bathing.
Do not use for laundry after bathing.

Please Note:
* Please refrain from use if you have allergies to chrysanthemum family plants or mugwort.
* If you have any skin abnormalities or are sensitive, please consult a doctor.

* This is not a cosmetic or pharmaceutical product.
* Not for consumption.
