How to Use Mugwort Bath and Dosage:
★ Boil in a pot
Place in a pot, add enough water to cover the mugwort, and boil. Simmer over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. It's ready when the aroma is released and the water is colored.
Add the boiled liquid to the bathwater
Add the boiled liquid and mugwort to the bathtub and mix well before bathing.
★ You can also place it directly in the bathtub.
For a standard home bathtub (180-200L), use 1 sachet at a time, placed directly in the bag, for bathing. You can use 2 sachets depending on the bathtub size and number of people.

Since it contains only dried medicinal herbs and air, it may float in the bathtub. Gently knead it with your hands to help extract the ingredients.
※ Be careful not to knead too hard, as the bag may tear.
