★ Product 1: Special Selection Hakuhō Myōkō Moxa for Direct Moxibustion by Sanpo Co., Ltd.
Special Selection Premium Moxa 4.0g
Made from mugwort that grows wild in nature, this is a premium moxa made by collecting only the fine hairs from the back of the leaves.
It is manufactured through a highly refined process, distinct from that for moxibustion for warming, resulting in a high-quality moxa.

★ Product 2: Moxa Paper Sheets
One sheet with 8 moxa paper pieces attached.
Moxa paper sheets can be reused multiple times.

◆ How to Use 1: Scented Pouch
Fill a drawstring bag with cotton or other material and enjoy the scent of mugwort. It's pleasant and relaxing.

◆ How to Use 2: Moxa for Direct Moxibustion
・Roll the moxa into a thin, long shape like a twisted paper string in your palm.
・Pinch a rice-grain-sized amount of the tip of the twisted moxa between your thumb and index finger, and shape it into a cone.
・Apply water, saliva, or moxa paper to the selected acupoint (tsubo), place the shaped moxa on top, and light it with an incense stick.
・If you are performing moxibustion on yourself, Sanyinjiao is an easy point to treat.

● Precautions
・Beware of fire! Do not let your guard down, even with an incense stick.
・Ensure adequate ventilation so that the moxa smoke does not accumulate indoors!
・Adjust the frequency of direct moxibustion according to your physical condition.
