Description

This is a mugwort steam cape.
I purchased it from someone who used to run a home mugwort steam salon.

The inside of the hood is torn and has been sewn.

It has snaps to adjust the neckline.
The fabric effectively traps steam.

This is a used item, so please only bid if you understand this.
