The L.L.Bean and Hamilton double-name models were produced in large numbers from the late 1970s to the early 90s. Among them, the L.L.Bean of the 921980 era was a convenient and reliable outdoor shop with a long history for hunters and fishermen. At that time, Hamilton's purchase quantity of the military model MIL-W-46374, which it received from the government, was reduced, and only the manufacturing experience and equipment of more than 20 years of military watches were left in excess. Hamilton did not discard those facilities, but continued to use them and expanded collaborations with historical outdoor shops such as L.L.Bean and Orvis.
Among them, the 921980 is a model born in the early days.
The back cover of this individual has the LANCASTER.PA engraving, which is proof that Hamilton was still a US company, and is a USA model from before 1982. The crystal has been replaced. As a watch that has been around for about 40 years, it is a rare item in good condition that is not often seen on the market.
