To maintain quality, we will collect it on the day of shipment and complete the shipping procedure at a convenience store within the time the tracking information is registered on the same day.
If there is a possibility of missing the collection time, we will postpone the collection and shipment to the next day to maintain quality.

You may notice a raw fish smell upon opening.
If it is not dissolved into a mush or discolored, it can be used after rinsing with running water.

Upon arrival, it will be delivered to your home mailbox.
If your mailbox is exposed to high temperatures, please be mindful of the timing of your purchase.

We will remove algae, moss, insects, microorganisms, plants, and seeds as much as possible by washing with running water and visual inspection, but they may be mixed in.
Due to low prices and a high volume of orders, it is difficult to remove finely shredded duckweed.
Therefore, we are including 10-30% more than the purchased weight.

We do not offer compensation, refunds, or returns after the product has arrived, except in cases where it is clearly rotten or damaged before arrival, to prevent fraudulent exchanges.

Note: Due to its strong reproductive capacity, please remove duckweed by straining with a net when changing water or disposing of it.
Please do not flush it down drains, into ponds, or rivers.

Unless otherwise specified, we aim to ship within 1 to 3 days of purchase.

Generally, delivery will be the day after shipment, but it may take longer for regions such as Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.
