Culture Kit - Paramecium Culture Solution with Accessories such as 200-mesh and 400-mesh nets for resetting

Hello,
I raise medaka (Japanese killifish). Instead of buying food, I cultivate Paramecium, Euglena, and Chlorella myself and feed them live food.

This is a Paramecium cultivation kit.
Since live creatures cannot be listed and were removed, I am listing a cultivation kit. In other words, I have created a kit for generating and cultivating Paramecium, including the liquid and a mesh for filtering impurities.
Please refer to the instruction manual for cultivation methods.

Please note that the cap may differ from the one in the photo, and the color of the culture medium may vary depending on the circumstances. Therefore, the photos are for illustrative purposes only. Thank you for your understanding.

Unlike previous versions, this kit includes a separation mesh to filter the culture medium and remove impurities generated during cultivation.
The mesh is not for filtering out Paramecium, but rather to retain water scale and sediment within the mesh, allowing Paramecium to pass through the mesh and keeping the culture medium clean.
It is perfect for feeding the filtered liquid or for use when resetting the culture.
Filter paper or coffee filters take time and consume paper each time, so I put together this set.

Additionally, if you put rice bran in the included mesh and pass water through it, you can create a liquid similar to rice washing water, which can be used as food.
I use this method for my regular cultivation.

Paramecium move around in a spiral motion.
While they are often imagined as long, slipper-shaped organisms, when observed under a high-magnification microscope, they may initially appear as small spheres. Focusing becomes more critical at higher magnifications.
Nevertheless, their movement can be confirmed by placing them in a transparent container and shining a light on it.
