At our home, we use paramecium for medaka breeding and daphnia. You can either use this seed water to multiply it further or use it as is. It is ideal for raising fry. We believe it is good for growth speed and reducing mortality. As it gets colder, it is good for increasing growth speed.
We culture it with EM activated solution and culture tablets, so there may be some residue from the culture tablets. We also use EM activated solution, so the water may appear yellowish. At our home, we use it without any issues, shaking it before use.

How about preparing for spawning and breeding? You can also enjoy culturing it.

We use PET bottles of 630ml or more. We leave some air space, so the content will be around 600ml.
