Medaka Fish Food - Save Time in the Morning - Paramecium Separator with Funnel Set

This product is for separating paramecia cultured in PET bottles as food for baby medaka.

Are you spending time filtering with coffee filters every morning when you're short on time?
With this product, you can set it up the night before and feed your baby medaka the separated paramecia right away the next morning.

We've received many inquiries that the cap-type funnel is not available at local Daiso stores, so we've decided to sell it as a set.

Please attach it to a PET bottle where you've cultured paramecia, as shown in the photo. Once attached, fill the funnel with water up to the top.

This product utilizes the habit of paramecia to rise to the surface.
For large medaka tanks, you can directly tilt the funnel and feed the paramecia.
In environments with less water, transfer the paramecia to a container and dilute it with water before feeding.
I personally dilute the separated water and feed it 1-2 pushes with a large Seria dropper every morning and evening.
The baby medaka have never died from ammonia. Please use this as a reference.

This product does not completely separate the paramecia. However, after separation, you can discard 2/3 of the water, add new water, and feed it with Ebi-os or other food to culture it repeatedly.
If the water becomes cloudy, it means the water has gone bad, so please reset the water.

●The cap-type funnel is designed to prevent it from easily coming off even when tilted, and it's designed to make it difficult for paramecia that have risen to return. There are similar products, but they cannot separate paramecia by simply connecting PET bottles, so please be wary of scams.
This product was developed through repeated experiments during my long medaka-keeping hobby.

●It's also environmentally friendly as it eliminates coffee filter waste and improves the smell of your trash can.

※This product is made with a 3D printer and may deform in environments above 50℃.

※Please be careful as water may leak if the cap-type float is not closed properly.
It's safer to place a tray or other water-leak-prevention container underneath. We recommend sealing the gaps between the funnel, separator, and PET bottle with silicone to completely prevent water leakage.
