About Micro Worms
These are ideal feed for extremely small fry, such as Bettas and live-bearing killifish, that have difficulty eating brine shrimp. They can survive in freshwater for about 5 days, reducing concerns about water deterioration from overfeeding. They are said to be more nutritious than brine shrimp, are relatively easy to culture at home, and their small size makes them a convenient food for fry and small fish.

We wanted to offer this as a breeding set, but due to Mercari regulations, we cannot ship barley or dry yeast separately. You can purchase barley and dry yeast at supermarkets.

We are sending the culture medium, not live organisms! Please be aware.

They grow into live food recommended not only for newly hatched fry but also for small tropical fish. The survival rate of newly hatched fry has significantly increased. In addition to fry, adult medaka, goldfish, and tropical fish are also eating them intently. (Images 3 & 4)
