This is the Izumiya Rendering Curve, a large French curve ruler from Izumiya (now Tools).
It is useful for drawing relatively large renderings, such as those of automobiles. The longest ruler measures 463mm. The case measures 490 x 200mm and has some dirt. The rulers are in clean condition.
