This is a Tissot T-Complication Squelette watch. It is a genuine product purchased on December 14, 2014, at JR Nagoya Takashimaya.
As many of you know, this is a full skeleton watch, and as you can see, it's a skeleton model that reveals the internal structure. You can clearly see the balance wheel moving at a constant rhythm, and the gears working together to drive the watch.
The watch itself has no noticeable scratches. However, as shown in the images, the strap is significantly deteriorated. While it's still usable in its current condition, it's recommended to consider replacing it.
