The dial features the inscriptions Citizen Homer and Second Setting / 21 Jewels, showcasing a simple and practical design typical of JNR-issued items.
The strap is included as a bonus.
The case back is engraved with 昭44 (Showa 44, which corresponds to 1969), NO79, and 国鉄北釧 (JNR Kita- Kushiro).
As this is an old item, there are some scuffs and dirt. The glass has a slight crack, but the crown and winding mechanisms are functioning without any issues.
