I often see trivet covers made of steel + painted, but I was looking for a stainless steel one and bought this on Rakuten about 2 years ago.
The price when I purchased it was 1,000 yen.
It has been washed, but there are faint, hazy stains from use and washing, and there are scratches on the back from rubbing against the trivet.
Since it is made of stainless steel, there is no rust.
