This was won from a crane game a long time ago and has been stored in its box ever since. I don't remember how many years ago it was won.
There are areas on the legs that look like color fading. It's unclear whether this is intentional paintwork, paint peeling, or a manufacturing inconsistency.
I searched for the same hermit crab on Mercari but couldn't find it. It's larger than others and has a slightly different shape. Also, since it was won from a crane game, I don't believe it's a SAFARI Ltd. hermit crab.
This is a very realistic and cute hermit crab. The blue coloring is also lovely.
