There are three raised areas and small cracks (on the biscuit part from the back) on the top board, but I believe it can be used without any problems if you make simple repairs such as using glue or tape.
Other than that, it has only been used for about 1 year, and only for 2-3 hours at a time when occasionally looking after dogs, so it is very clean.
It's antique and stylish!
